Jency's Chocolate Chip Mint Smoothie

2 to 3 servings


3 frozen bananas

3 T. hemp seeds

3 T. chia seeds

4 dates

2 servings (2 tsp.) powdered greens ( I like this one)

2 - 3 kale leaves (optional - makes it darker green)

1 1/2 c. or so almond milk

1 or 2 drops peppermint essential oil

2 T. cacao nibs


Place first 7 ingredients in a high-powered blender. Add milk, about 2/3 at first. Blend until smooth, adding milk if needed. Do not blend too long or it will be too soupy. Add cacao nibs and stir. Enjoy!
